M.Sc. in Innovation Management and previous work experiences as IT Manager for Thailand’s Ministry of Finance and Country Sales Manager for Aspect Software (Thailand). His 20 years of experience with expertise in sales and in-depth background in contact center software and solutions have cultivated his professional knowledge and understanding of technical requirements to achieve the alignment of technology and business goals.

Starting career as content editor, business analyst, and then project manager, with extensive work experience in web applications for business and software projects. Her all combined 20 years of experience and expertise in IT businesses together with a liberal arts and humanities background have been solid foundation for terrabit’s success in all projects achieved through proactive management of client and stakeholder expectations and the delivery of solutions that truly meet business needs and goals.

He is one of terrabit’s creative masterminds behind the innovative contact center management solutions, with core technical expertise in software development, system analysis, and web-based applications. He oversees the best practices from idea development to delivery to create the highest quality products with functionality, usability, scalability, and security that fulfill customers’ needs.

Our Team

We are learning organization where our people strive for excellence. We are not big in scale, yet our team is filled with dynamic, competent talents and skilled, accredited specialists.

We have more than 60 engineers, consultants, and IT specialists who are well versed in contact center systems and solutions. Their technical expertise covers all aspect of back-end and front-end contact center technologies and their integration and implementation.

Our BPO service team comprises of more than 60 professionals handling the entirety of contact center operations, including quality assurance and workforce management. Our team has more than 20 years of experience in customer service in diverse industries such as retail, help desk, e-commerce, entertainment, and property development.

Our back-office team of more than 20 staff provide vital support and administration functions including finance and human resources.

Our team works like a symphony orchestra—everyone plays important roles to bring our success. And it is the performance that count, not number.
